Best for Business Tariffs with inclusive free calls to any O2 mobile Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are only valid in respect of qualifying connections under Agreements with a Commencement Date between 1st April 2007 and 31st January 2008 inclusive.

  1. Unless otherwise stated, call charges are quoted by the minute, exclude VAT and are charged in one-second increments, then rounded up to the nearest second. Each call is charged excluding VAT. Based on the duration, the Ex VAT cost of each call is then calculated and the result rounded-up to the nearest penny. VAT is then added to the total charges on your bill.
  2. Minimum call charge of 2.55p per minute for voice calls and 5.11p per minute for data calls.
  3. Connection to O2 is subject to status, credit checking and the terms of a 12 or 24 month minimum term contract.
  4. Customers taking E Care and E Billing versions of the tariffs must maintain an email account.
  5. Inclusive minute allowances on O2's business tariffs cover calls to standard UK landlines [starting 01, 02 or 03], calls to O2 mobiles and other UK mobiles. Inclusive minute allowances exclude calls to non-geographic numbers [08 & 05] which are charged at 17.02p per minute [ex. VAT], except calls to 0871 numbers which are charged at 29.79p per minute [ex. VAT]. Calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers are also excluded, these calls will be charged at 21.28p [ex. VAT] per minute.
  6. Inclusive Texts are short messages sent in the UK only.
  7. Any Inclusive Minutes & Texts are applied to the 'first' mobile in your account and can be shared with any 'additional' mobiles in your account. Inclusive Minutes & Text are used on a 'first come, first served' basis by the 'first' or any of the 'additional' mobiles in your account.
  8. Any unused Inclusive Minutes & Texts rollover until the next month only.
  9. In the event of a change of tariff any unused Inclusive Minutes & Texts will be lost.
  10. Each tariff includes 0.5Mb of Inclusive Email & Internet per month. Usage of Email & Internet above 0.5Mb is then charged at £1.80 per MB. Email & Internet excludes BlackBerry usage.
  11. The 'Any O2 Bolt On' provides unlimited free of charge calls to O2 mobiles, when both mobiles are in the UK. 'Any O2 Bolt On' can be applied to each mobile in your account individually. A fair usage policy operates and the monthly usage of calls to O2 mobiles by any mobile (SIM card) connected to the Any O2 Bolt On is expected to be below 2000 minutes/month. Excessive volume or duration of calls, determined at O2's discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw the Any O2 Bolt On from any individual SIM Card, or all SIM Cards, contracted to the Customer at any time in the case of overuse or abuse of the Any O2 Bolt On. Any Charges for overuse will be at standard Best for Business tariff rates. 'Any O2' Bolt On is not available with Best for Business Unlimited Anytime plan..
  12. 'Any O2 Bolt On' has no monthly Line Rental Charge when taken in conjunction with 24 month Minimum Period contracts. A Line Rental Charge is charged for Any O2 Bolt On when taken in conjunction with 12 month Minimum Period contracts.
  13. Any O2 Bolt On Promotion: 'Any O2 Bolt On' is available without a monthly Line Rental Charge when taken in conjunction with a 12 month Minimum Period contract until 31 Dec 2007. 'Any O2 Bolt On' will remain on your account without any additional monthly Line Rental Charge for as long as the SIM Card to which the 'Any O2 Bolt On' was originally applied remains connected to the tariff applicable to that SIM Card at the time the 'Any O2 Bolt On' was applied.

Best for Business Unlimited Anytime Fair Usage Policy

The monthly usage of calls to any UK mobile number and calls to standard UK fixed line numbers (starting 01,02,03) by any mobile (SIM card) connected to the Best for Business Unlimited Anytime tariff is expected to be below 10000 minutes. Excessive volume or duration of calls, determined at O2's discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw the Best for Business Unlimited Anytime tariff from any individual SIM Card, or all SIM Cards, contracted to the Customer at any time in the case of overuse or abuse of the Best for Business Unlimited Anytime tariff. Any Charges for overuse will be at standard Best for Business tariff rates.
