If you haven't been set up to use picture messaging already, here's what you need to do:
- Text PICON to 21400 to enable the service on your account
- Get your settings or text ACTIVE to 2020
Send a picture message
You can send pictures, videos, sound clips and texts, or even a combination of the above, up to 300KB per message (your mobile will let you know if you go over this limit.)
You can also use picture messaging to send long text messages up to 1000 characters.
You can send picture messages to:
- Another compatible mobile phone
- The recipient will get the message on their mobile phone
- A non-picture messaging mobile phone
- The recipient will get a text message asking them to view your message on a website
- A non-UK mobile phone
- An email address
- The recipient will pick up the picture message in their email
- Bluebook
- Send your photo to 40202
