When you renew your contract with O2 for a further minimum term period, we've got a load of benefits for you to enjoy. Take a look at our great range of business tariffs.

To find out when you're due for renewal. text 'UPGRADE' to 21602

*NEW* Fast Track Upgrade

Fast Track Upgrade is a new flexible option for O2's Business customers. It means that you can get a new phone even if your upgrade isn't due for a while. You just pay a one-off charge and we'll even chip in 20% on the charges for the remainder of your contract. To cut the cost even more, you can trade in any old phones that you own with O2 Recycle where you may get cash towards your new phone.

The cost of a Fast Track Upgrade depends on the number of months left on your contract and the cost of your monthly tariff (not including any Bolt Ons).

To find out if you can upgrade straight away, text 'UPGRADE' to 21602. We'll reply with the date you're due an upgrade, and how much your Fast Track Upgrade charge will be. For some of our really old tariffs you might have to speak to customer services to find out what your early upgrade fee would be.

To upgrade, visit an O2 shop or give our upgrade team a call. We'll talk you through all the options. If you have an O2 account manager or get account management through one of our O2 Partners, please speak to them as your terms may vary.

Terms and conditions apply.

Contract terms for standard upgrade

If you decide not to sign a new minimum term contract when you upgrade, you'll pay the recommended retail price for the mobile phone, rather than the discounted price.

Keeping your mobile number

When you upgrade your mobile phone and SIM card numbers should remain the same. Although if we do need to send you a replacement SIM card, it shouldn't affect your mobile number.
