Inclusive Minutes are for calls made in the UK to UK mobiles and landlines with numbers beginning with 01, 02 or 03. The maximum number of minutes that can be used to call mobile numbers shall not exceed 40% of the customers total bundle minutes.
Inclusive Minutes to O2 mobiles are for calls made in the UK to O2 mobiles only.
The total number of inclusive minutes that a customer can share across all lines connected to the landline service (including all landline, ISDN2 and ISDN30 lines) shall not exceed 100,000 minutes. Minutes area valid for 1 month and unused minutes do not rollover to the following month.
