What is it and who is it for?
A new way to get a new iPhone 4S on a 12 month contract with no upfront cost. Lease an iPhone 4S 16GB or 32GB from us with O2 Lease, and after the 12 months is up just give it back and get a new one.
O2 Lease includes insurance too, so if you lose or damage the phone or it gets stolen, you're covered.
It's for people who are joining us or thinking about a new contract.
How does it work?
- You don't have to pay any upfront cost for the phone
- You sign up for a 12 month leasing contract
- You pay each month by direct debit
- After 12 months you either give the phone back and upgrade to a new one or keep it and wait until the new phone you want is available

What happens after 12 months?
Either give the phone back and upgrade to a new one or if the new phone you want isn't available, hold on to the old one until it is. You can also upgrade to a Pay Monthly or simplicity tariff.
If you're giving the old phone back you can:
- Return it to an O2 retail store
- Contact Customer Services and send it back in the jiffy bag we send you
Whichever way, you get 7 days from the day you tell us you want to return it to get it back to us.
You need to return the phone in good condition. If you lose it or damage it badly, you'll need to claim on your O2 insurance and replace it before your contract ends.
