How do I get started?

It’s easy. Just follow our step-by-step guide.

If you’re a Pay Monthly customer you can either:

  • Contact your service provider using the number on your bill
  • Get sent the settings via a text message


If you’re a Pay & Go™ customer you can:

  • Text "PICON" to 21400, to enable the service. You will then receive a series of text messages, with instructions to set your phone up.


Send a Media Message

Take a picture or video using the camera function on your mobile phone. Add text or a sound clip if you want to, then send it to:

  • Another camera phone

    The recipient will get the message on their mobile phone

  • A non-Media Messaging mobile phone

    The recipient will get a text message asking them to view the message on their operator's website

  • An email address

    The recipient will pick up the Media Message in their email

  • Your own storage area on the O2 website

    Send the message to 6001 and it will be sent to your Stored Messages online. To access this, go to www.o2.co.uk, sign in and click on the Kodak tab and register your details to manage your Messages.

 

You can also use Media Messaging to send long text messages. Just type up to 1000 characters and send as a Media Message.
