O2 Insure Premier has been designed to get you back up and running as quickly and easily as possible meaning that you can relax.
Unauthorised calls:
Please note, in certain circumstances and in relation to approved theft claims only, O2 will reimburse the cost of unauthorised calls up to the value of £3000 for O2 Insure Premier. See the current version of the O2 Pay Monthly Services Agreement for details.

Current insurance policy details and prices correct at time of going to print. May be subject to change. Terms and conditions and exclusions apply to all insurance policies stated above. Please note O2 Insure is only available to O2 customers over the age of 16 and must be purchased within 14 days of purchasing or upgrading to a new phone from O2.

Buying O2 Insure is easy, as long as you do it within 28 days of buying a new phone or upgrading through O2 online (inclusive of free upgrades).
