If you have a picture messaging mobile phone, and the right settings then you should be able to receive most Media Alerts.

With lots of topics to choose from, some media alerts contain up to four pictures, up to 1000 characters of text, and even sound clips.

Some of the alerts require you to have a certain mobile phone type (e.g. to receive sound files within the alert), but where this is the case, details are provided in the relevant alert description.

O2 offers a wide range of alerts on different topics, so there is bound to be an alert for you.

The cost of the alerts varies, ranging from free to 75p per alert. Details of the prices are available when browsing the different alerts available in a particular category.

The frequency of the alerts also varies, and can be as often as one-a-day, or as spread out as one-a-week for the alerts subscriptions.
