How much will I get?

You can get up to £400 for your old phones. We're so confident that we will offer you a great price that if you see a higher price on any of our recognised recyclers within 7 days of placing your order we can match it under our Top Price Guarantee.

How will I get paid?

You can get your recycle payment by cash either BACs or cheque or you can choose to have your payment credited to your O2 bill. You can also donate your payment to Think Big, supporting young people in communities across the UK.

Can I use O2 Recycle if I'm not an O2 customer?

Yes O2 Recycle is available on any network you can use O2 Recycle regardless of your network.

What happens to my old phone?

The majority of phones received by O2 Recycle will be reused. Phones which cannot be reused will be repaired or recycled. We operate a zero landfill policy, nothing goes to waste. O2 also donate all profits from O2 Recycle to Think Big, helping young people in communities near you. It's estimated that for every 250 phones recycled by O2, 100 young people benefit.
