Trafficline 1200

Dial 1200 from your handset (or if you are a Corporate Mobile Extension customer dial 91200) for instant access to up to the minute traffic information on Britian's roads and motorways.

Knowing that there’s congestion ahead gives you the chance to choose an alternative route and will save you the frustration of sitting in a jam.

Here’s how:

Before you set off or while you’re en route (only when safe) ask a passenger, if possible, or pull over;

• Dial 1200 from your handset. Trafficline 1200 knows where you're calling from and will give you an up-to-the minute traffic report for that area.

Or for up-to-date traffic info on any other motorway or A road across the UK;

• Press 1 then the motorway number for information relating to an individual motorway e.g. for M60 information, key 1 then 60
• Press 2 then the trunk road number for information relating to an individual road, e.g. for A58 information, key 2 then 58
• Press # to change direction or skip a section
• Press * to repeat the last section

We’ve made some changes in May 2008 that give you more information, faster.

You can:

• Press 8 to listen to detailed, up to date incident information on a delay when it’s available. We’ll prompt you when we have more information and you can choose if you’d like to listen to it.
• Press 3 for travel information to and around The O2 in Greenwich

Trafficline 1200 costs 45p per minute for all O2 customers.
