How will I know how much I'm earning?

We will send you a text message at the start of each claim period to let you know how much you have earned and how you can claim it. If you simply can't wait to find out how much you're earning, text BALANCE to 50202 (free) anytime and we'll let you know.

The more you Top-Up, the more you get back. There's no minimum Top-Up or time limits and the maximum you can get back is £150 a quarter, so that's up to £600 a year.

How do I claim my O2 Reward?

Your Reward accumulates over a set 3 month period, at the end of the period you can claim the calltime credit that you have earned. To claim your O2 Reward you will need to text CLAIM to 50202 (free) in the time periods outlined below. We will send you a message confirming your claim, followed by a message detailing the amount you have earned. This will be added to your phone balance within 48 hours.
