Call us to upgrade your handset on 0800 131 3136, from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. You’ll normally receive your phone next working day.


When can I upgrade?

You can upgrade in the last month of your contract. If your monthly bill is regularly greater than £40, or you are a member of O2 Select, you may be eligible for an early upgrade, please call us.


What can I get?

All O2 pay monthly customers who want to upgrade can choose from any of our current new customer offers. If you are happy with your existing handset, you could save at least £10 a month on your tariff with O2 simplicity tariffs. Visit our Online store to see the latest offers, and then call us on 0800 131 3136 to order.


Upgrade to iPhone

Existing iPhone customers upgrade to iPhone for free*
To thank you for being an iPhone fan, we're offering you an early upgrade to the iPhone 3G. You won't have to wait until the end of your existing contract either, all you'll need to do is agree to a new 18-month minimum term contract.

Existing O2 Pay Monthly customers can also upgrade to iPhone. We'll contact you when you're eligible for an upgrade and talk you through the best options.
