This information applies for customers who are on our Messages, Calls and Messages or Talkalotmore Online Pay & Go tariffs. Customers can no longer opt-into or switch between these tariffs but customers can switch to one of our current tariffs. Please note, if you do switch to one of our current tariffs, this will replace your current allowance and you will not be able to switch back to the Messages, Calls and Messages or Talkalotmore tariffs.

- The inclusive text and picture messages are part of the same allowance. 1 picture message is equivalent to 3 text messages. Applies to use in the UK only.
- 1. The inclusive anyone anytime minutes, the text messages and the picture messages are part of the same allowance. 1 minute of call time is equivalent to 1 text message. 1 picture message is equivalent to 3 text messages or 3 minutes of call time. The inclusive minutes can be used for any UK landlines (starting 01, 02 or 03) and O2 UK mobiles (except 07744 and 07755 numbers) and excludes video calls. Applies to use in the UK only.
- Talktalotmore is available in addtion to your Messages or Calls and Messages monthly allowances. The inclusive minutes can be used for any UK landlines (starting 01,02 or 03) and UK mobile networks (except 07744 and 07755 numbers) at off-peak times only and excludes video calls. Applies to use in the UK only. Off-peak is all times except 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday-Friday.
- Customers who joined O2 Online from 9th June 2004 will be activated automatically to a tariff with 1MB of free browsing allowance for O2 Active or i-mode®. Applies to use in the UK. 1MB is equivalent to browsing 150-200 pages, dependent on content. A minimum balance of 60p is required to start a GPRS WAP or i-mode session in the UK. Customers joining prior to this date who have not changed their tariff, will receive a free monthly WAP allowance of 300 Circuit Switched WAP minutes rather than 1MB browsing allowance for O2 Active or i-mode.
