  • Can I get the iPhone 4 8GB on Pay & Go?

    Yes, it is available in our O2 Stores or online.

  • Who can buy iPhone 4S?

    The new iPhone 4S is currently in high demand so as part of our Fair Deal promise, we've decided our existing customers should get first dibs on Pay Monthly in our shops.

    It'll be one per person. We hope to offer iPhone 4S to our Pay & Go customers and to anyone who wants to join O2 very soon.

  • Who is an existing customer?

    An existing customer is anyone who has been with O2 for at least one month before 4 October 2011.

    This includes our Pay Monthly and Business mobile customers who are looking for an upgrade, Pay & Go customers looking to move to Pay Monthly, as well as Home Broadband, Home Phone and Mobile Broadband customers.

    We hope to offer iPhone 4S on Pay & Go and to anyone who wants to join O2 very soon.

  • When can I buy iPhone 4S?

    You can buy it now in our O2 stores. We are currently experiencing high demand so please check our stock availability checker first or sign up to receive our stock availability updates.

  • Can I pre-order an iPhone 4S for when they are in stock?

    We do not take pre-orders or reservations for iPhone 4S. If you want to know when we will have more stock available, register for our stock availability updates and we'll send you an email to let you know.

  • Where can I find out about iPhone 4S features?

  • Where can I buy iPhone 4S on O2?

    You can get iPhone 4S in O2 shops, plus Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy, Phones4U and Apple stores. Use our Stock Checker to find the O2 shop nearest you.

  • How much does iPhone 4S cost?

  • When and where can I get the iPhone 4 8GB?

    The iPhone 4 8GB is now available for existing and new customers across all our stores, on the phone and online. Buy online.

  • How can I upgrade early?

    • All our Pay Monthly customers can get an early upgrade with O2 Rewards. Customers can upgrade between one and six months early depending on your O2 Rewards tier.

    • If you're a Business customer, you can Fast Track Upgrade.

  • Can I still get an iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4?

    Yes, you can buy both in our retail stores or online shop.

  • Can I get money for my old phone?

    Your old phone could be worth up to £260. Get a quote now and post your old phone after you get your new iPhone. The quote's valid for up to 14 days. Check out how much your old phone is worth.

  • What's Pass It On?

    It's an alternative to Recycling for O2 customers. Give your phone a second life and hand it down to a friend or family member with Pass It On. When they upgrade or join O2, we'll give each of you a £25 bill credit to say 'thank you'. We think they'll be thanking you, too. Find out how to Pass it On.

  • Where is my nearest O2 shop?

    Use our store locator to find the retail store nearest you.

  • How do I find out if I can upgrade?

    You can find out your upgrade info by texting UPGRADE to 21602, logging on to My O2 online and the My O2 app on your iPhone.

  • Will my existing sim work with the new iPhone 4S?

    If your current phone is iPhone 4, you will already have a micro sim that will work in the new handset. If you have any other phone, you may need to swap your sim across to a new micro sim. See more about micro sims and how to sim swap.

    You can upgrade your iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 to iOS 5. Find out more from Apple.

  • Can I buy a handset and get it unlocked and use it on another network?

    To make sure our iPhone 4S stock is reserved exclusively for genuine O2 customers during launch, we won't unlock iPhone 4S at this time.
