Pay Monthly customers
You can get iPhone 4S on any 18 or 24 month tariff. And for existing O2 customers, we offer a selection of 12 month tariffs. If you're new to O2, choose your new iPhone from our online shop

How do I get an iPhone?
Already a Pay Monthly customer on O2? Upgrade to iPhone 4S online. If you want to join us on Pay Monthly, you can now buy online. Or visit an O2 shop.
To get an iPhone on Pay Monthly, you need to be over 18, pass a credit check and have a bank account for the monthly direct debit. You also need an email address so we can email your bills to you.
If you're going to an O2 shop, The Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy, Phones4u or an Apple store, new customers will need to take two forms of ID that show your address.
Keep your number
You can switch to Pay Monthly on O2 and keep your number. Just call your current network and ask for a PAC code. Then give it to us when you buy your iPhone or tell us online. It takes about two working days to move the number over. We'll give you a temporary number so you can start using your iPhone straight away.
Back up your important stuff
Before you transfer your number or sim swap, be sure to back up everything on your phone that's important to you: contacts, calendar, photos, music, etc. Listen to your voicemails too. Once your number transfer or sim swap is complete, you won't be able to access any of it on your old phone.

Leasing Tariffs for iPhone 4S
Get iPhone 4S on a 12 month tariff with no upfront cost for the phone with O2 Lease. Just pay every month. And when 12 months is up, give the phone back and get a new one. Or carry on until the new phone you want is available.

Pay & Go
Pay & Go customers
New or existing customers can get iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S from our online shop. Or from any O2 Shop, The Carphone Warehouse, Best Buy, Phones4U or Apple stores.
- If you're getting iPhone 3GS, all you need to do is pop your current sim into iPhone 3GS and you're ready to go.
- If you're getting iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S, you'll need to swap your current sim to a micro sim. To transfer your existing O2 number, balance and tariff onto the micro sim, you'll need to fill in this form.
- If you're new to O2, you can keep your number. Just call your current network and ask for a PAC code. Then give it to us when you buy your iPhone or tell us online when you have your iPhone.

How do I get iPhone 4S?
Existing customers can visit any O2 shop, call the Business Customer Services upgrade team or contact their account manager to find out more about iPhone 4S.
To get iPhone 4S with O2 Lease, go to an O2 Shop or call Business Customer Service.
Ways to join O2 Business:
- Need less than 10 handsets? Visit an O2 shop or visit the O2 Business shop.
- Want a personalised quote for more than 10 handsets? Call our Business Sales team on 0800 9020292 or find your nearest account manager.
To get an iPhone on any Business tariff, you need to be over 18, provide "you are you" identification and pass a credit check.
- Work for yourself but do not have a business or trading name? You'll need to pay by Direct Debit.
- Sole Trader? You'll need to provide company letterhead or an invoice dated within the last 3 months.
- Partnership? You'll need to provide company letterhead, Director's ID and a company bank statement. Only one partner is needed to sign the contract.
- Public or Private Ltd company? You'll need to provide company letterhead (with company registration number), Director's ID and a company bank statement.
Keep your number
You can bring your Business to O2 and keep your number. Just call your current network and ask for a PAC code. If you've got your PAC code when you buy your new iPhone, and have 25 or less phones on your account, we'll move your number(s) over within five working days. If you have less than 25 handsets it may be quicker than five working days.
