Cover your iPhone with O2 Insure Premier

Whether you lose it, damage it or it gets stolen, nothing will be more frustrating than being without your iPhone. O2 Insure Premier has been designed to get you back up and running as quickly and easily as possible. Insuring your iPhone with O2 Insure Premier costs just £120 a year. If you're a Pay Monthly customer you can spread the cost over 12 months for just £10 a month which is added to your bill.

What's not covered?

• The first £25 of each successful claim (excess fee)
• Theft where your iPhone has been left unattended in a public place

Unauthorised calls

All iPhone customers with an O2 Insure Premier policy are covered for unauthorised calls up to the value of £3000 once a theft claim has been accepted, under your airtime agreement.

Insuring your iPhone is easy

Pay Monthly customers

You can buy your insurance at the same time as purchasing your iPhone. Alternatively you can complete this form within 28 days of purchasing your iPhone and we'll add the £10 monthly charge to your account.

Pay & Go customers

You can buy your insurance at the same time as your iPhone in an O2 store. Alternatively you can call 2427 from your iPhone within 28 days of purchase. Insurance will added for a 12 month period at a cost of £120 which will need to be paid for in advance.

What if I already have an O2 Insure policy?

Then you don't need to do anything. When you buy your iPhone 3G in an O2 store, we will update your insurance policy to cover your iPhone 3G instead of your previous handset.

If you've got one of our other O2 Insure policies, you need to upgrade to O2 Insure Premier, as only Premier covers the iPhone. Ask in store for details.
