When I upgrade to iPhone, what happens to my existing Bolt Ons or insurance?

Any existing Bolt Ons you are currently subscribing to will be carried over to your new O2 tariff for iPhone. Any insurance will not be carried over so you will need to add insurance to your account. Insurance can be requested through an O2 Retail Store when purchasing an iPhone or within 28 days of activating your iPhone account with O2. This can be done via our Online Form.

Can I buy insurance for iPhone?

We offer a comprehensive cover for your iPhone for £7.50 per month. The insurance must be purchased within 28 days of activating your iPhone account with O2.

What Bolt Ons are available with iPhone?

We offer a range of 5 Bolt Ons:
  • Unlimited anytime texts
  • Unlimited O2 to O2 calls
  • Unlimited weekend calls
  • Unlimited fixed line calls
  • An additional 200 anytime minutes
All our unlimited Bolt Ons are subject to an excessive usage policy
