Forgot Your Login Details

If you bought a mobile or SIM card from O2 (UK) Limited, you were given your username and password when you made your purchase. The details were also sent to you via email and text message.

If you registered on the O2 website, the username will be the one you chose when you entered your registration details. It is also the same as the first part of you O2 email address e.g. davesmith @o2.co.uk . The password will be the one you entered when you registered.

To be reminded of your Username OR Password to access O2 services , choose the appropriate option below and follow the online instructions. You will receive a text message with the information. If you have given us your email address, we will also send you an email.

You will receive a text message almost immediately and be able to log on and access O2 services

If you have forgotten BOTH your Username and Password select option 3 , you will need to complete the online form and we will email you the information.
