Your O2 project team will set up your services with minimal disruption to your business. We have a simple but rigorous project process to reduce risk:
Plan
Our Customer Project Manager (CPM) Team will create a clear picture of the transition management.
Our Project Managers are not prescriptive about how and when you should transfer service 2 this is done collaboratively with you.
Define
When the project becomes more complex, we will work with you so both the service and the technology meets you needs.
Our expert Service Architect and Service Management Teams will deliver complex managed services in a way that suits you.
Deliver
We'll work with you so both the service and the technology meet your needs.
If there are complex technical requirements, like smartphone deployment or back office system integration, our Technical Architect Team or Professional Services Team will be closely involved.
Communicate
Along with the project plan development and coordination, our Project Managers provide a formal risk register and mitigation plan, communications plan, action tracker and all other project documentation.
This is then regularly reviewed (typically weekly) with you until the project ends.
Your account manager is your key point of contact. He or she will work closely with you to make sure the project moves at a pace you're comfortable with. And at the standard we demand.
