All voice tariffs

1. Unless otherwise stated, call charges are quoted by the minute, exclude VAT and are charged in one second increments, then rounded up to the nearest second. Each call is charged excluding VAT and rounded up to the nearest penny. VAT is then added to the total charges on your bill.

2. Minimum call charge of 2.55p per minute for voice calls and 5.11p per minute for data calls (including mobile Internet calls).

3. Connection to O2 is subject to status, credit checking and the terms of a 24 month minimum term contract.

4. Customers taking E Care and E Billing versions of the tariffs must maintain an email account.

5. Inclusive minutes on all plans exclude calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers. These calls are charged 25p per minute at all times.

6. Inclusive minutes include calls made in the UK to UK mobiles and UK fixed lines. UK fixed lines are numbers which begin with 01, 02, 03 or 08.

Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak Fair Usage Policy

  1. The monthly usage of off-peak calls to any UK mobile number and off peak calls to UK fixed line numbers (beginning with 01, 02, 03 or 08) by any mobile (SIM card) connected to a Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak tariff is expected to be below 10000 minutes.
  2. Excessive volume or duration of calls, determined at O2's discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse.
  3. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw the Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak tariff from any individual SIM Card, or all SIM Cards, contracted to the customer at any time in the case of overuse or abuse of the Best for Business Unlimited Off-Peak tariff.
  4. Any charges for overuse will be at standard Best for Business tariff rates.

Best for Business Unlimited Fair Usage Policy

  1. The monthly usage of calls to O2 UK mobile numbers by any mobile (SIM card) connected to a Best for Business Unlimited tariff is expected to be below 10000 minutes.
  2. Excessive volume or duration of calls, determined at O2's discretion, acting reasonably, will constitute abuse.
  3. O2 reserves the right to monitor usage, to apply call charges and/or withdraw the Best for Business Unlimited tariff from any individual SIM Card, or all SIM Cards, contracted to the customer at any time in the case of overuse or abuse of the Best for Business Unlimited tariff.

Best for Business inclusive minutes tariffs

  2. Minimum call charge of 2.55p per minute for voice calls and 5.11p per minute for data calls.

  4. Customers taking E Care and E Billing versions of the tariffs must maintain an email account.
  5. Inclusive minutes can be used for calls made in the UK only; to UK fixed-lines & UK mobiles. UK fixed-lines are numbers which begin with 01, 02, 03 or 08. On all tariffs calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers are excluded, these calls will be charged at 21.28p (ex. VAT) per minute at all times.Inclusive texts are short messages sent in the UK only.
  6. Any inclusive minutes and texts are applied to the ‘first’ mobile in your account and can be shared with any ‘additional’ mobiles in your account. Inclusive minutes and texts are used on a ‘first come, first served’ basis by the ‘first’ or any of the ‘additional’ mobiles in your account.
  7. Any unused inclusive minutes and texts rollover until the next month only.
  8. In the event of a change of tariff any unused inclusive minutes and texts will be lost.
  9. Each tariff includes 0.5Mb of inclusive email and Internet per month. Usage of email and Internet above 0.5Mb is then charged at £1.80 per MB. Email and Internet excludes BlackBerry® usage.
  10. ‘Any O2’ Bolt On provides free of charge calls to O2 mobiles when both mobiles are in the UK. ‘Any O2’ Bolt On can be applied to each mobile in your account individually. Usage is capped at 2000 minutes per month for each mobile in your account. Excess charges: If any mobile uses more than 2000 minutes per month then excess minutes will be deducted from any Inclusive Minutes available with your tariff, and if the number of minutes to be deducted exceeds the Inclusive Minutes available, then calls will be charged at the published tariff rate for fixed-line calls.
  11. ‘Any O2’ Bolt On has no monthly line rental charge when taken in conjunction with 24 month minimum period contracts. A line rental charge is charged for ‘Any O2’ Bolt On when taken in conjunction with 12 month minimum period contracts.
  12. ‘Any O2’ Bolt On Promotion: ‘Any O2’ Bolt On is available without a monthly line rental charge when taken in conjunction with a 12 month minimum period contract until 31 July 2007. ‘Any O2’ Bolt On will remain on your account without any additional monthly line rental charge for as long as the SIM card to which the ‘Any O2’ Bolt On was originally applied remains connected to the tariff applicable to that SIM card at the time the ‘Any O2’ Bolt On was applied.

Shared Minutes Bolt Ons

  1. Shared Minutes Bolt Ons are bundles of inclusive minutes which can be added to any Best for Business tariff with inclusive minutes.
  2. The inclusive minutes can be used for calls made in the UK only, to UK fixed lines (beginning 01, 02, 03 or 08) or any mobile phone connected to another UK network operator.
  3. To enable minutes to be shared between all mobile phones in your account, the Shared Minutes Bolt On will be added to the ‘first’ mobile phone in your account. The minutes will be used on a ‘first come, first served’ basis by the ‘first’ or any of the ‘additional’ mobiles in your account.
  4. Unused minutes will carry over for one month only. A minimum 12 month term applies if you have subscribed to a Shared Minutes Bolt On at the initial point of connection to a Best for Business tariff.

Shared Messages Bolt On

  1. Shared Messages Bolt Ons are a bundle of inclusive text messages which can be added to any Best for Business tariff.
  2. To enable the available number of texts to be shared between all mobile phones in your account, the Shared Messages Bolt On will be added to the ‘first’ mobile phone in your account. The texts will be used on a first come, first served basis by the ‘first’ or any of the ‘additional’ mobiles in your account. Unused messages will carry over for up to one month only.
  3. A minimum six month term applies if you have subscribed to a Shared Messages Bolt On at initial point of connection.
