Network Manager GSM shows you how well our network has performed across all your company?s mobile users every month. It shows you the success rates for all voice calls and text messages sent and received in the UK and compares these to targets, so that any issues can be identified and addressed.

Available to customers with 500 or more connections, Network Manager GSM gives you the following reports:

  • SLA Dash Board. A summary of our performance against target over your entire account.
  • Handset Account Summary. A top-line overview of our performance across your sub-accounts, such as individual departments of VIP account.
  • Handset Subscriber Summary. A detailed overview of our performance across your sub-accounts.
  • Business Analysis Summary. Provides a breakdown of failed calls.
