Line Rental Charges - £26.38

Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for the Good™ Mobile Solutions Service O2 monthly Line Rental Charge and an O2 data tariff is £26.38 per SIM Card per month when combined with an O2 business voice tariff on the same SIM Card.

Voice Tariffs

The Good™ Mobile Solutions Service can be used in conjunction with existing O2 Business Voice tariffs see Corporate Tariffs for available options.

Data Tariffs

The Good™ Mobile Solutions Service can be used in conjunction with existing O2 Business Data tariffs (from Data 20 and above) for those who want a data only tariff. See Business data tariffs for available options. Please contact your O2 account manager for further pricing information.

Minimum Periods

A Minimum Period of at least 12 months will apply to all SIM Cards connected to the Good™ Mobile Solutions Service. If the Good™ Mobile Solutions Service is added to a SIM Card which is already within an existing Minimum Period, the Minimum Period of that SIM Card will recommence upon the date of connection of the Good™ Mobile Solutions Service. The Minimum Period length will be specified in your Good™ Mobile Solutions Service Agreement.

The following Charges apply to the purchase of Good™ Mobile Messaging Server Software:

Good™ Mobile Intranet Server Software

The following Charges apply to the purchase of Good™ Mobile Intranet Server Software*:

* Good™ Mobile Intranet Server Software is available for Microsoft Exchange customers only and requires the Good™ Mobile Messaging Server Software to have already been purchased and installed.

Good™ Mobile Solutions Service - O2 Training

O2 offer two training formats. The first is in mixed groups i.e. Several customers involved in the same training course. The second is for training dedicated to one Customer.

Training for mixed groups is charged as follows:

1) For each copy of the Good™ Mobile Solutions Server Software purchased from O2 the Customer is entitled to send one person to attend one IT Helpdesk Training Course on O2 premises. No charge will be made for this training.

2) If the Customer requires additional employees to undertake the IT Helpdesk Training Course or if the Good™ Mobile Server software was not purchased from O2, O2 will levy a Charge for each additional delegate at the rate of £250 per day.

Training dedicated to one Customer is charged as follows:

1) Good™ Mobile Solutions Training at a Customer's premises is charged at £1000 per full day and £600 per half day. The maximum number of attendees is 8 per course.

2) Good™ Mobile Solutions Training at one of the following O2 sites (Leeds, Slough, Preston Brook) is charged at £800 per full day and £500 per half day. The maximum number of attendees is 8 per course.

The Good™ Mobile Solutions Service is provided subject to the Customer being bound by the Good™ Mobile Solutions Terms & Conditions for Business Customers available at: Terms & Conditions which terms will apply in addition to, and as part of the Customer's Agreement with O2.
