Landline
A normal phone line with its own number. We provide new lines and numbers, but if you have a BT landline already you can transfer the line and number to O2. We include Caller display at no extra charge and other features are available for an extra charge as optional Bolt Ons
A normal phone line is analogue and can handle one voice call at any one time. You can connect more than one device to a single line, but you'll need multiple extension sockets to do so. These can be analogue telephones or fax machines.
Landline Bolt Ons
You can add calling features to your phone line; some are included and some are optional.
Bolt Ons included at no extra charge - use as much as you like:
- Caller Display - see who is calling
- 1471 Last caller's number
- 141 Withhold Number
Bolt Ons - optional with a monthly charge:
- Ring Back - get through to an engaged landline as soon as they're free
- 3 Way Calling
- 1571 Answerphone
Bolt Ons - optional with a monthly charge:
- Call Waiting
- Call Barring - bar calls to premium and/or international numbers
- Call Divert - divert calls to another number if: divert all calls; divert on no reply; divert on busy
- Smart Divert - remotely divert calls to another number if: divert all calls; divert on no reply; divert on busy
- Call Sign - add a second number to your line and hear a different ring tone

ISDN2
From 2 to 6 fast phone lines that have the versatility of carrying voice and data. A digital line, giving you clearer calls and lets you do two things at once, whether that's calling, faxing or transferring data. We provide new lines and numbers, but if you have a BT ISDN2 line already, you can transfer the line and numbers to O2.
ISDN30
A digital line, giving you clearer calls and lets you do 30 things at once, whether that's calling, faxing or transferring data.
We provide new lines and numbers but if you have a BT ISDN30 line already, you can transfer the line and numbers to O2.
