With Best for Business, you only pay for the minutes you use. There are no inclusive minutes or texts so you don't need to worry.

Yes, with all our Bundles, you can increase the size of your bundle to one that is more suitable on a monthly basis, once the first six months of your Airtime Agreement have passed. Alternatively, with our Shared Bundles you can add up to two Shared Minutes Bolt Ons^TM to your tariff; we offer 250, 500, 1000 & 2000 Shared Minutes Bolt Ons^TM.

With O2, your minutes and inclusive text messages roll over for three months. If they remain unused after three months, you will lose them.

Yes, with our Individual and Shared Bundles you get an inclusive message bundle, which can be used for text or media messages. O2 is the only UK mobile network to offer this as standard with Shared Bundles tariffs.

We offer a range of O2 Messaging Bolt Ons^TM with selected tariffs. Media Messages are included in, so you won't have to add these on later.

O2 offers a range of five Shared Bundles; with 400, 1000, 2000, 5000 or 10,000 minutes included, which can be shared by up to 99 Users.

O2 will always look at the value of the deal and offer the most competitive prices we can. Although our published RRP rates are very competitive, we will consider discounts for multiple connections on application.

All O2 business tariffs include International Traveller Service, with no monthly subscription. This gives up to 80 percent off UK calls abroad, compared to our standard rates,  and you'll get the lowest prices of any UK network operator for calls made within the EU.

If you have two or more mobile phones, we include O2 Bill Manager free of charge. This is a bill management package which delivers a comprehensive suite of reports to you at the time of your monthly bills. You'll just need to register at

With every new RRP connection to O2, you can receive an inclusive mobile phone. You can choose to pay a little more and upgrade to a different mobile phone from our accredited mobile phone portfolio.

All O2's Individual and Shared Bundles business tariffs include calls to other networks in the bundle. If you don't break your bundle, all you'll pay is your monthly subscription. This also applies to the Shared Minutes Bolt Ons^TM you can add to Shared Bundles.

With Best for Business, you can call between your company mobile phones, and up to 250 company office extension numbers, for just 4.5p (exc. VAT) per minute. You also get 20 percent discount off our standard call rates to five other numbers you choose, such as your key suppliers. These can be landline or mobile numbers.

Yes, if you are a Best for Business or mobile extension customer, you can save money by adding O2 Business Zones to your tariff. This allows you to save up to 40 percent on calls to two local area codes of your choice. O2 Business Zones has a monthly subscription of 85p (exc. VAT) per mobile phone and applies to all mobile phones in your account.
