The reports are produced in line with your company's current bill cycle i.e. If you are billed monthly, the reports are produced every month or every 3 months if that is how often you are billed.

Simply click on the "Register" button below, then complete the registration form and press submit.

Once the application has been validated, your first report will be ready in around 30 days depending on when your next bill is due to arrive and you will be assigned a unique Bill Manager ID reference number.

They will initially be built to reflect the way your company's bills are currently split whether you have a single handset or thousands of handsets. Reports will be created split in to account, company, group, cost centre or individual handset levels depending on how your company's bills are built. This is known as your "Billing Hierarchy".

No, once the first set of reports are sent to you, you will be able to create your own groups of reports. This is known as a "Reporting Hierarchy". In order to create a Reporting Hierarchy, logon to http://www.o2.co.uk/bmlogin and then follow the easy on screen instructions.
Alternatively, you can follow the instructions outlined in the User Guide which can be down loaded from the site once your application has been processed.

They are produced in Microsoft Excel format.

The Bill Manager reports mirror your itemised bill statements. Any individual mobile credits that are applied will appear in your reports however, if the credit is applied somewhere else within your account structure E.G.: at group level, then the credit will not be shown in the Bill Manager reports.
