O2’s new online service helps you to stay in control of your company’s mobiles at a time to suit you. And it’s free.
You’ve got quite enough to do without worrying about your company’s mobiles. Are you paying too much? Could you be benefiting from the latest technology? Is there a special offer you’re missing out on? How many of those calls are business and how many are personal? Thanks to My O2 Business Account, you can get all the information you need at the click of a button. And do it when you’ve finally got a minute (whenever that is).
By person, by department, by call type, by handset or pretty much however else you fancy. You can even make separating out your business calls from personal calls a doddle.
Do you charge back your calls to clients, do you monitor how much a client costs you in phone calls, do you enter your costs into a business ledger, then label your calls with a unique identifier and view the breakdown online or download into a file for feeding into the ledger. Someone leaving? New joiner? With My O2 Business Account, you can easily amend and update your list of mobile phone users so that you always know which tariffs you’re on and how much you are paying. And coming soon best tariff advice on a six monthly basis to tell you if there is a more cost effective O2 tariff for your usage.
Calling all colleagues…Rather than having to repeat yourself, you can text all your colleagues direct from My O2 Business Account when you need to get an urgent message sent. These messages will also be free for a promotional period.
If you need to retrieve your PUK code, or you suffer nuisance calls all you have to do is log on. My O2 Business Account will provide you with O2 contact details for all of your online profile.
Any O2 business with 1-250 mobile devices. Anyone associated with your business, they do not have to be a mobile user, but must have permission of a mobile user within your business.
