How to organise your own Group Conferencing call…

1. Let people know what time it’s on and tell them the number to call: 322 from their O2 mobile or 07720 322322 if they’re calling from a land-line or not with O2. (Please note, callers using Mobile Extensions or GroupWorker will need to add the prefix "9" to all short codes e.g. key 9322.)
2. They’ll be asked for an ‘entry code’. This is your mobile number followed #.
3. Organisers join the call in the same way but your ‘entry code’ is your personal password followed by # instead of your mobile number.

Call charges for Group Conferencing Calls to 322 from an O2 mobile are part of the monthly inclusive minutes allowance on the following tariffs: Small Business Regular User, Small Business Frequent User, Medium Business Regular User, Medium Business Frequent User, Large Business Regular User, Large Business Frequent User & Business Super User. Calls to 322 are 8p a minute (ex. VAT) once your monthly inclusive minutes are used. Calls to 322 are 8p a minute (ex. VAT) on the following tariffs: Best for Business Pay As You Use and Mobile Extension. These tariffs have no monthly inclusive minutes allowance. Calls to 322 on all other O2 tariffs are 15p a minute (ex.VAT). Calls to 07720 322322 from a land-line or other mobile network are charged at that network's rate for calls to O2 mobiles.
