The 1471 service is free of charge. It’s based on the established BT service and works in exactly the same way.

If you choose to return the call by keying 3, it remains free until your call is answered and then you’ll be charged at your usual tariff rate.

Voicemail 901 is an answering machine for your mobile phone. It takes a message if you're on another call, if you can't take a call or when your mobile phone is switched off or out of coverage.

To switch "ON" your Voicemail 901 service you need to dial 1750 from your mobile phone and to switch "OFF" dial 1760. Once activated, you can access the full service menu by dialling 901 from your mobile phone and entering your pin code (default setting 8705). The service will then take you to a full menu of service options.

A full User guide can be found by clicking the "Voicemail 901 Overview" link below.

If you are on our Best for Business (pay as you use) or mobile extension tariffs, they integrate in to your office’s fixed-line "dial plan", which means that you will need to prefix some of our short codes with a "9".

So, instead of calling "1200" for Trafficline™, simply call "91200" instead, just like you would from your office desk phone.
