Call tagging gives you better cost control by identifying personal from business calls for greater understanding of your business costs.

Call tagging identifies calls, with an agreed suffix (*) to separate personal from business calls: an easy solution for recovering of the cost of personal calls.

 

When making a personal call from a business mobile phone on a Best For Business, Mobex or GroupWorker tariff, the caller can "tag" an asterisk to the end of the dialled number to indicate that the call is non-business, e.g. 01753 564000*. (Business calls from the business mobile phone will be made as usual, without the asterisk.)
