You don't need to miss calls just because you're overseas.
How do I access my Voicemail overseas?
In many countries, you can access your Voicemail just as you do at home by dialling 901.
In some countries you’ll be able to go straight into your messages after dialling 901. In others you’ll come through to your Voicemail greeting. In these cases, you’ll need to interrupt your greeting by keying * and then entering your PIN.
What if my destination’s not a direct dial country?
You’ll still be able to access your Voicemail, but the way that you do this is different for Pay & Go and Pay Monthly customers.
If you’re a Pay & Go customer, you’ll need to call *111*#. Your mobile will go on standby for a few seconds. When it rings, answer it and follow the prompts.
If you’re a Pay Monthly customer, you’ll need to dial 1780 free from your mobile before you go. We’ll send you a text with your personal Voicemail Retrieval Number. This is the number you’ll need to call to access your Voicemail overseas.
If you forget to call 1780 before you go, you can dial +44 7802 090 100 to get your Voicemail Retrieval Number sent to you.
