When you renew your contract with O2 for a further minimum term period of 12, 24 or 36 months there are a variety of benefits available to you.
We believe that all of our customers should be rewarded both for their time spent with us and their future commitment to stay. So we offer Loyalty Discounts when you renew your minimum term contract with us that increase the longer you stay with us. This includes a choice of;
* Up to 25% off your monthly subscription fee for every mobile number that is eligible for a reward
* Up to 15% off international call charges (some restrictions apply)
To make it even easier for you we will try to contact you to advise you are coming to the end of your contract and tell you about all the benefits available to you to ensure you get the best deal from O2.
We will advise you which Loyalty Discount you would most likely benefit from but if after three months you don’t think it’s the right one for you or your circumstances change you can simply change your Loyalty Discount, at any time within the duration of your contract.
If you’ve renewed your contract before and currently receive a Loyalty Discount; we’ll ask you to renew your contract again at the end of its term to continue receiving your discount.

The following information relates to mobile phone upgrades on Pay Monthly mobile phone contracts.
You can upgrade to a new mobile phone after the first 12 months of your contract (for those on 12-month contracts). However, if you’re on a longer term contract you may have different Terms & Conditions, please call your Business Customer Services to find out your eligibility.

How much it will cost to upgrade depends on your service and prices may vary.
If you decide not to sign a new minimum term contract of 12, 24 or 36 months when you upgrade, the recommended retail price for the mobile phone rather than the discounted price applies. If you want to return your upgraded mobile phone, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it, in which case you will not be held to a new minimum period commitment to your contract.
When you upgrade, your mobile phone and SIM card numbers should remain the same. We may need to send you a replacement SIM card which shouldn’t affect your mobile number
