Our International Traveller Service (ITS) automatically comes free with your business package. You can save money whilst roaming and calling abroad from the UK.

What does it do?

When roaming ITS offers savings for:

• Calls back to the UK while abroad
• Calls to countries in the same World Zone
• Calls "in-country" while abroad
• Receiving calls while abroad

My Europe Extra

An extra way to cut the cost of European calls

My Europe Extra is perfect for trips to Europe. You get huge savings on making calls from selected European countries and it's free to receive calls

What does My Europe Extra do?

For a monthly charge starting from just £4.26 you'll enjoy a flat rate of 21p per minute for:

• Calls within Europe (Zone 1 and 2) Show zones 1 & 2 or Link to world roaming zones
• Calls back to the UK

Plus you won't pay anything to receive calls when you're in Europe*.

We have three options to fit around your business. Choose from:

• 12 months for just £4.26 a month
• One month for £8.51, to tie in with your next trip
• A rolling service, which you can cancel whenever you like – for £8.51 a month

Ireland

A free way to enjoy discounted rates in Ireland

The UK is Ireland's biggest trading partner.  With many people travelling there on business and holiday it's one of the most popular places our customers call the UK from. That's why we have created this free Ireland Bolt On.

What does the Ireland Bolt on do?

It saves your business money with all your calls back to the UK and within the Republic of Ireland charged at a discounted rate of just 21.3p a minute any time of the day or night.

How much can I save?

30% less than the free International Traveller Service rates you enjoy as part of your business package.

To make sure you're taking advantage of the Ireland Bolt On discounted rates, remember to check your phone before making calls. You can only get these rates when you are on the O2 network in Ireland. If the screen doesn't display an O2 network, you'll need to select O2 or O2-IRE on your phone.

Chosen country Spain

Making extra savings on calls in Spain

Many of our business customers travel to Spain regularly, so we've created a special Bolt On to help cut the costs of calls.

What does Chosen Country Spain do?

You won't pay a thing for any calls you get in Spain.  And any calls you make to the UK and other included European countries are charged at 21p per minute day or night

It costs just £4.26 a month and you can choose two options to suit your travel plans:

• 1 month, to tie-in with your next trip
• A rolling monthly subscription, which you can cancel whenever you like (minimum 1 month)

Being able to check your emails or websites when you're abroad can be a big help.  But there's always a worry that using your phone like this is going to cost you a lot.

Our automatic data cap will help protect your business against big bills and give you real peace of mind. 

What does the business data cap do?

It automatically caps the cost of using data overseas.

• You'll never spend more than £34.04 on any monthly bill without knowing it.
• You can choose a higher cap if you need.
• You'll get regular updates on how much data you're using.

We're making this service available all over the world so you can stay on top of costs no matter where you travel.

You start with standard cap of 50MB a month with a maximum charge of £34.04. We'll alert you when you start using data, at 50% of the spend limit and when it's reached.

Once you get to 50MB, access to mobile internet and emails will stop.  If you're authorized to make changes you can extend your limit to 200MB or remove the cap completely by calling O2 Customer Services.
