We know that choosing a network isn’t a decision to be taken lightly. That’s why we’re the only network to commission Service Architects to make sure everything’s in place and guide you through the implementation process.

 

Your Service Architect works with you to pinpoint your specific service needs and ensure that they’re delivered by your O2 Implementation team against a detailed project plan.

 

A seamless transition

 

And the service doesn’t stop there. The O2 Welcome is designed to make sure you and your colleagues enjoy a smooth changeover that doesn’t impact on business productivity and efficiency.

 

An O2 Welcome can include project management, on site support to help you take care of transferring SIM content to your new phone, helpful extras such as websites for your company intranet, and roadshows that give your whole company the opportunity to test out new O2 handsets and watch demonstrations by O2 specialists.

 

We manage the whole process, including number transition and onsite help when you need it, and give you a complete audit of who’s got what to ensure that you start with a clean sheet.

 

And beyond…

 

You’ll also have your own dedicated Account Manager, who’ll help you identify mobile solutions that will allow you to achieve your objectives. They’ll also undertake regular Healthchecks to ensure the continued efficiency of your choices and suggest improvements without you having to ask.

 

And if you have more complex mobile requirements, your Account Manager will call on a Service Relationship Manager to handle your customer service relationship, plus other specialists in Data and Network Support if you need expertise in these areas.

 

This approach continues throughout the life of your contract, with an ongoing customer relationship management programme that logs and tracks all your queries and issues.

 

Being with O2 gives you and your employees some outstanding customer privileges, too.
