Using O2 Connection Manager

Accessing the hotspot directory

You can access our hotspot directory using O2 Connection Manager when you’re online or offline. If an update becomes available, you’ll be prompted to download it the next time you go online.

Timers

O2 Connection Manager has two counters. The session timer is available regardless of which tariff or connection you’ve chosen. If you’re on a prepaid tariff, the prepaid timer tells you how much time you’ve got left and gives you a five minute warning before your credit expires.

Quick start applications

O2 Connection Manager has four customisable buttons that you can use to start programmes automatically. Simply choose the applications and O2 Connection Manager will do the rest.

Online help

You can use O2 Connection Manager to access our online help. You can search for the answers you need by product feature or key word.

Upgrading to new versions

You’ll be able to upgrade to new versions of O2 Connection Manager free of charge. We’ll let you know when an upgrade is available and transfer all of your existing profile information will to the new version to make it easy for you.
