All voice tariffs

1. Unless otherwise stated, call charges are quoted by the minute, exclude VAT and are charged in one second increments, rounded up to the nearest second. Each call is charged excluding VAT and rounded up to the nearest penny. VAT is then added to the total charges on your bill.
2. Minimum call charge of 2.55p per minute for voice calls and 5.11p per minute for data calls (including mobile Internet calls) applies.

Shared Messages Bolt Ons

1. The messages will be used on a first come, first served basis.
2. A minimum six month term applies if you have subscribed to a Shared Messages Bolt On at point of connection to an O2 Pay Monthly tariff.
3. Shared Messages Bolt Ons are added to the main (primary) mobile phone in your account. This means that the messages are shared between every user on your account.
4. Bolt On messages are always used before the ones in your tariff. If you don’t use them all, the unused messages will rollover in to the next month for up to three months.
5. Bolt On messages can be used for text, media or video messages.
