Pay & Go Simplicity tariff charges and terms

By switching tariff, any free allowances of minutes, texts or browsing you currently receive will be replaced by the free monthly allowances outlined on the previous page in your chosen tariff and the standard call rates. If you switch tariff, you will not be able to switch back to your current call rates.

You can switch tariff once a month and your new free allowances will start from your next anniversary date, which is the date given to you the first time you top-up

  1. Standard calls
    Standard call rates apply to voice calls made in the UK to standard UK fixed line numbers (starting 01, 02 or 03).
  2. Video calls
    Video calls are only available on compatible 3G phones. Please check individual handset specifications for details on which handsets have this feature.
  3. Picture messages
    Picture messaging phone required
  4. Browsing
    Applies to use in the UK only. Handset dependant
  5. O2 Customer Service
    Calls to customer service from a landline are charged at national rates of your fixed line service provider.
  6. International text message
    Texts sent from the UK to another country

Inclusive minutes can be used to UK landlines (starting 01,02 or 03), numbers allocated to UK mobile network operators that provide mobile services with substantial national coverage (this currently includes the 5 major operators O2, Orange, T-mobile, Vodafone and 3, and providers such as Virgin Mobile, Tesco Mobile and BT Fusion), plus video calls to these numbers.
