Recycle for consumers
There are advantages to recycling your mobile phone.
Individual customers can return unwanted mobile phones, chargers and accessories by doing one of the following:
- Obtain a Freepost envelope from your local O2 store
- Address your own envelope to Freepost O2 Recycling
- Pop into an O2 store and recycle your unwanted phone
A donation of £5.00 will be made by O2 to a charity for every re-usable phone and please don't forget to remove your sim card.
